We’ve all heard of the “first 90 days” at the beginning of U.S. president’s term. This is the first book leveraging that idea. Watkin’s The First 90 Days introduced the idea of using a 90-day plan approach to transitioning into a new role or company. This is a must-have book on 90-day planning when starting a new job.
