What kind of content do I accept?

Anything that is useful for my readers in managing their career, growing their business skills, and learning practical ideas in management and leadership.

The most popular posts on the SmartLemming.com are How-to articles, posts that teach the reader how to do something from the worker or manager’s perspective, click here for an example. Workers are looking for new ideas or tools like a needs assessments in managing their career. Managers are looking for new approaches or templates to perform their job functions or deal with situations like defending their department resources or creating new programs. Workers and managers may lack specific tools or management practices, so they search and find posts on the SmartLemming.com.

What are the guest post requirements?

• Guest posts must have a minimum length of over 500 words
• Your post must be original and must have never been published before on the Internet
• You agree to not publish the post anywhere else for three days (i.e., in your own blog or as a guest post in other blogs)
• You can include one or two links in the byline, which will be displayed at the bottom of the post

How do you submit a guest post?

If you have a post that meets the guidelines above, send the submission to smartlemming@gmail.com. Please include the post in the body of the email itself or as a Microsoft Word attachment.

Usually within 48 hours I’ll reply, stating if I will publish the guest post or not. If I reject your post, I’ll provide constructive feedback, giving you an opportunity to tweak the content suitable for the SmartLemming.com.
