23 Ways to be Happy at Work: #23 - Change this!

zen-change

Are there things that you would like to change about yourself at work? Do you make too many mistakes in writing/typing emails? Do you want to gossip less? Do you want to worry less? Think of anything that you would like to change, and then make a list of the top three things you would change. How can you modify your actions or thinking on these three issues? What would your desired results be? Should it be incremental change or simply a quantum leap?

How much learning is involved to implement the changes you want to make? After thinking through these questions, come up with a plan that outlines the three changes you are making, how you’re going to do it, and make a target date, and what the desired results are.

Change is hard, but sometimes we just need a plan for how to make change. Self-improvement is a simple way to be happier at work and in life.

23 Ways to be Happy at Work Summary

Being happy at work isn’t easy. It takes self awareness to admit that what we are doing or contributing to makes us unhappy.
